Locations can be an important reference to a person’s character. The places one chooses to visit can reveal a lot about a person. But what about the locations we visit unintentionally?

The places seen in the following photographs tell a story about me. But none of these scenes are important to me. Initially, they may even seem very unimportant. I pass these locations on a daily basis, not because they are meaningful for me, but as a result of chance.  These locations were dismissed as a source of inspiration by me, as I was confronted with them every day, becoming desensitized for its potential value.

I have captured these so-called insignificant locations as these areas automatically capture a significant part of my daily life that is naturally disregarded, visualizing part of my life story.
